Main Lake Ice Is Unsafe

One snowmobile is in the lake
Heidel Bar is 30 acres of open water
Horner's across to Oakwood and west is open water

• The ice that is on the main lake is still unsafe, 1 to 2 inches of ice on the east end with 5'' of insulating snow make for dangerous conditions. Lots of small open holes dot the east end and north shore.
• Beyer's Cove was very slow today.
• The Bay and Mill pond have fish but they are very finicky.
• West end has some ice off county park, short of the drop off, but I would classify it as unsafe!
